  • didnt work out today, but i walked around the neighborhood for quite a while, so i at least walked two miles i think

    intake

    breakfast-oatmeal

    snacks-fruit, 2 cereal bars @ 84 cals each

    dinner- same pasta w/ spinach and mushroom, but this time i used less pasta :)

    and thats it

    tomorrow we have an all day field trip, so i probably wont eat very much, (though you'd think i would since were gone all day) when im busy i tend not to think about food. we're doing a five to six mile trek along a rocky beach, so thats definitely good outtake :)

    i went into whole foods today, and saw a bunch of ready made stuff that i might want to get, and it was reasonably priced, so im definitely gonna go back there once i run out of food, and i didnt get much when i went on friday, so it might be sooner than i expected

    they had lots of really good salads and sandwiches

  • need to get back on track

    i definitely lost focus this past week, whether its from being on my period or lack of sleep i dont really know, but i really need to get back on

    i dont think i have lost any weight since i have been here, but i dont think i have gained either which is definitely good :)

     didnt do anything today, im sooo tired. i think that i am going to use today and tomorrow as work days, to really get back to working on my body, and to continue to do well in school, i will try and go for a run tomorrow if its not raining too hard

    today was not so good food wise. i had oatmeal and my usual pasta as planned. but i also had about a handful of potato chips, about 4 or 5 of these chocolate wafer things and.... oh well i guess thats it haha i guess it wasnt so bad, maybe it just feels like a lot because i have only been up for 5 hours and havent really done anything
    and i also had some fruit :)

    and while i didnt do any cardio today, i did do some crunches and my knee exercises

    alright well i have to go try and read this book now, ah its so terrible maybe one of the most boring books i have ever had to read for school

  • that was effing gross

    so i got like this mini frozen pizza for lunch today, and it was soooooo gross, like, i ate some of it, cuz i was superrrr hungry  because i hadnt eaten anything since last night and its 3pm now

    and i really wanna eat something else thats good, but i dont wanna be a fattyyyyy

    went grocery shopping today, haha didnt really get that much. haha definitely not as much as i got the first trip i went on, because i didnt end up eating a lot of that stuff.

    so we will see how this week goes.

    today for dinner i think i will make my pasta with spinach and mushrooms.
    i  never have much of an appetite after a night of drinking so that will prbly be it, and im going out again tonight!

    okay thats it for now

  • so i was digging up fossils all day...

    in this place called lyme regis on the southwest coast of england
    so i think i definitely burned some MAJOR calories and when i say all day , mean like 6 hours straight of just walking around and stuff
    it was fun for a while, but i am totally beat now

    and im actually really excited for this weekend! everyone in my flat is gonna be away in paris so i have it all to myself to do whatever i want! haha and i will FINALLY have some peace and quiet :) they leave superrrrrr early on friday morning, so the last day i have to deal with them is tomorrow

    and this weekend i plan on defnitely going out and gettin my party on haha and i will finally be able to get some sleep!

    alright so here's the damage for today

    breakfast-oatmeal

    lunch-homemade chicken nuggets and french fries, but i only ate about half of the french fries

    snacks- one scoop of ice cream, two chocolate chip cookies, and exactly 5 mini pretzels with spinach hummus

    i didnt mean to eat that many sweets haha but im on my period so i'll give myself a break.

    hope you guys are all doing well!

  • ahhhh i wish i had a freaking scale!

    i think that i might try to go vegetarian for the rest of this trip.
    haha the only reason why is because i never feel like cooking meat because it takes too long, whether its raw or frozen i just dont feel like sitting around and waiting for it haha
    i have been making spinach and mushrooms almost everyday, and now i have a taste for raspberries :) i havent even really been eating that much meat here, and when i do, i am not really that amped on it haha
    and i have been eating pasta too, but i might get tired of it.

    can you guys suggest some other things that i can make for lunch and dinner that dont require me to cook any meat?

    i went for a run in hyde park today, and it was SO nice. it had just finished raining, so it was really cool out, so i just felt really refreshed. i was able to jog a little bit more today than when i went a few days ago, so thats good, it means my knee is getting stronger!! i also did some crunches this morning, i think i will try to do them every morning before everyone wakes up.

    but for not having a scale, i think i might be losing some inches. my has been looking pretty small. :)

    alright so here's today

    breakfast-oatmeal

    lunch- half an order of fish and chi[s

    dinner- the other half haha
    (actually not the WHOLE other half because i got to a point in the fish where there were bones, and i was to lazy to go through it a spit bones out and stuff, so i just stopped eating it haha)

    snacks-some raspberries, and a south beach diet peanut butter bar.

    i THINK i did pretty good today?
    tomorrow will be better though.
    i just wanna try to eat more fruits and stuff
