  • ahhhh i wish i had a freaking scale!

    i think that i might try to go vegetarian for the rest of this trip.
    haha the only reason why is because i never feel like cooking meat because it takes too long, whether its raw or frozen i just dont feel like sitting around and waiting for it haha
    i have been making spinach and mushrooms almost everyday, and now i have a taste for raspberries :) i havent even really been eating that much meat here, and when i do, i am not really that amped on it haha
    and i have been eating pasta too, but i might get tired of it.

    can you guys suggest some other things that i can make for lunch and dinner that dont require me to cook any meat?

    i went for a run in hyde park today, and it was SO nice. it had just finished raining, so it was really cool out, so i just felt really refreshed. i was able to jog a little bit more today than when i went a few days ago, so thats good, it means my knee is getting stronger!! i also did some crunches this morning, i think i will try to do them every morning before everyone wakes up.

    but for not having a scale, i think i might be losing some inches. my has been looking pretty small. :)

    alright so here's today

    breakfast-oatmeal

    lunch- half an order of fish and chi[s

    dinner- the other half haha
    (actually not the WHOLE other half because i got to a point in the fish where there were bones, and i was to lazy to go through it a spit bones out and stuff, so i just stopped eating it haha)

    snacks-some raspberries, and a south beach diet peanut butter bar.

    i THINK i did pretty good today?
    tomorrow will be better though.
    i just wanna try to eat more fruits and stuff

    ohhh for lunch a quick fix is snack wrap


    all ya do is heat up a tortilla spread mustard( NO CALS (: ) so thats good, some lettuce, and cheese and roll it up and its yummy!!
