i definitely lost focus this past week, whether its from being on my period or lack of sleep i dont really know, but i really need to get back on
i dont think i have lost any weight since i have been here, but i dont think i have gained either which is definitely good :)
didnt do anything today, im sooo tired. i think that i am going to use today and tomorrow as work days, to really get back to working on my body, and to continue to do well in school, i will try and go for a run tomorrow if its not raining too hard
today was not so good food wise. i had oatmeal and my usual pasta as planned. but i also had about a handful of potato chips, about 4 or 5 of these chocolate wafer things and.... oh well i guess thats it haha i guess it wasnt so bad, maybe it just feels like a lot because i have only been up for 5 hours and havent really done anything
and i also had some fruit :)
and while i didnt do any cardio today, i did do some crunches and my knee exercises
alright well i have to go try and read this book now, ah its so terrible maybe one of the most boring books i have ever had to read for school
