didnt work out today, but i walked around the neighborhood for quite a while, so i at least walked two miles i think

dinner- same pasta w/ spinach and mushroom, but this time i used less pasta :)

tomorrow we have an all day field trip, so i probably wont eat very much, (though you'd think i would since were gone all day) when im busy i tend not to think about food. we're doing a five to six mile trek along a rocky beach, so thats definitely good outtake :)
i went into whole foods today, and saw a bunch of ready made stuff that i might want to get, and it was reasonably priced, so im definitely gonna go back there once i run out of food, and i didnt get much when i went on friday, so it might be sooner than i expected
they had lots of really good salads and sandwiches
