sick. again. :(
this is the second time i have been sick in the past month :/
last time i think it was the flu, and this time i have a cough, my chest hurts, my head hurts, my eyes hurt, everything hurts. and im starting to feel nauseous.
i dont think i am going to school tomorrow, one of my classes was cancelled anyway, and then i just have a lecture which i normally dont go to anyway.
and if theres any plus side to being sick, its my eating habits. mainly soup, fluids, and smoothies (though i was starving during lab today and had a few cookies...)
so i'll prbly end up losing a few pounds :)
i cant wait to back into the gym though, and start eating normal food again.

so i got sick from drinking last night, and this morning i come to find out that i lost 3 of the five pounds i gained since being in school. awesome. this is gonna sound terrible, but i always feel way better the day after getting sick cuz i felt like i got all that gross shit out of my body
today i had almost a whole chicken pita (about 250 cals)
and a salad with tuna and mushrooms, and these green thing that i like haha im sure it couldnt have been more than 300
lets keep this going!

spanish homework and bio prelab tonight
study for bio exam tomorrow ALL DAY haha
practice and add to spanish presentation on thursday
ughhh NOT gonna be fun
well since ill be up all night anyway, i guess i can get a head start on studying for bio today
alright now for intak/outtake

breakfast-oatmeal two hard boiled eggs
lunch-veggie burger (but not the kind your thinking of. it was just a bunch of different grilled veggies on a hamburger bun! SO GOOD!) and about half of my order of fries, so not to bad there
and i about about to go to dinner in the dining hall so maybe a slice of chicken or veggie pizza?
i did cardio for 45 min today, burned about 460 calories and then did some insane ab work (not that i needed to haha)

wow. im such a fucking fat ass

panda express-chow mein, mixed veggies, orange chicken, egg rool
i just looked up the nutrition facts on that and it was a shit load of calories! like i dont even wanna write in all down :( but hey im gonna try and do a little over an hour at the gym so we will see how many calories i burn
and then soon after that, one of the sororities that i want to join is holding a nutrition seminar
hopefully that will get me in the right mindset :)

and i also walked two miles walking from end of campus to the other twice when i was going to class. :)
